We use Shiprocket as our trusted delivery partner to ship your products. Delivery timelines and costs may vary depending on your location and will be estimated at checkout.

2. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. Some products may qualify for free shipping, which will be indicated on the product page.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may extend during peak periods (e.g., holidays or sales events). We will notify you of any delays.

4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once processed, delivery times will vary based on your location and shipping method selected:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days within major cities and 7-10 business days for remote areas.
  • Express Delivery: Typically 2-4 business days.

5. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the Shiprocket website or app.

6. Delivery Issues
If you encounter any delivery issues:

10. Undeliverable Packages
Packages marked undeliverable due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal will be returned to us. Re-shipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
