3. Return Process

  • Contact Us: Email or call within 2 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.
  • Ship Your Item: Once approved, securely package the item and ship it to the provided return address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days. We may request photos to assess the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

5. Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for original paintings due to their unique nature.
